Schematic capture, PCB layout, and 3D board views in Altium Designer before assembly.
An experimental flight computer and two-axis thrust vector control system. Development brings together custom boards, attitude control, data logging, and telemetry for a ground station.
The project history describes Helios as the flight computer for the TVC system. Its current architecture uses an ESP32-S2, two servos for pitch and yaw, motion and pressure sensors, GPS, flash memory, and an XBee radio.
The custom ground station displays telemetry through charts and indicators. The records show altitude, speed, acceleration, attitude, and GPS tracking, alongside Altium Designer work, board assembly, and bench instrumentation.
A selection of stages documented in the project records.
